Original sales/shipping invoice receipt must accompany any returns.
We accept returns for "ONE TIME" EXCHANGE or REFUND per purchase ...14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an Exchange or REFUND, minus shipping & handling.
If an item RARELY is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact immediately via email; CUSTOMER SERVICE at Nutra-Lift@msn.com
Refunds/ exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. We only refund/ exchange for purchased directly/ ordered from our site only.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days of return time frame, and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
